We act as a strategic HR and payroll partner—supporting people operations while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and organizational alignment.
What We Do
1. Support Workforce Planning
- Develop Tables of Organization
- Prepare job descriptions aligned with business needs
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
2. Deliver Recruitment and Staffing Support
- Create recruitment posters and job advertisements
- Post job openings across appropriate channels
- Conduct candidate screening, initial interviews, and shortlisting
- Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitation
- Provide onboarding support, including coordination and collection of pre-employment requirements
3. Manage Payroll Administration
- Oversee time and attendance, including leave management
- Process payroll and salary disbursement
- Prepare payroll reports
- Compute government-mandated contributions
- Handle government remittances
- Manage year-end tax filings, including Alphalists and BIR Form 2316
- Process final pay, Certificates of Employment (COE), BIR Form 2316, and quitclaim documentation
- Perform payroll and government remittance reconciliations
4. Administer Employee Benefits
- Facilitate enrollment with government-mandated agencies for first-time employees
- Manage enrollment and administration of Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO)
- Manage enrollment and administration of Group Life Insurance (GLI)
- Process other government benefits such as loans, maternity, sickness, and calamity claims
5. Strengthen Performance and Employee Relations
- Design rewards and recognition programs
- Support employee relations initiatives and workplace engagement
6. Ensure HR Compliance and Systems Management
- Draft HR policies, including the Code of Conduct
- Manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) and personnel movements
