We're in search of a creative and data-driven Social Media Staff who can manage our brand's voice online, create compelling content, and grow audience engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Execution: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
  • Content Creation & Publishing: Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Community Management: Monitor comments and messages, respond professionally, and maintain brand tone.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze performance, generate reports, and collaborate on campaign optimization—including paid ads when needed.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Digital & Social Media Marketing or Business Management.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing brand or business accounts with measurable results.
  • Able to independently plan and run social media campaigns.
  • Proficient in social media tools and platforms:
    • Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
    • Tools: Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush
  • Strong creative writing, visual storytelling, and analytics interpretation skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and planning abilities.
  • Certifications Preferred: Digital Marketing NC II, Social Media Marketing, or PMA-accredited training (not required but a plus).
