We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Officer / PCO to join our team and ensure our clinics and facilities operate in full legal and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance Management: Coordinate with government agencies and secure necessary permits and licenses (DOH, HLURB, DENR, LGUs, etc.) to ensure legal operation of facilities.
- Environmental Monitoring & Reporting: Act as the accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO); oversee environmental compliance, waste disposal, and timely submission of SMR, CMR, and other required DENR reports.
- Operational Support: Facilitate the processing of initial certifications and legal documents during clinic or hospital setup.
- Liaison & Field Coordination: Represent the company in agency dealings and conduct site inspections to ensure continuous compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, Legal Management, Nursing, Engineering, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a regulatory compliance or pollution control role (preferably in healthcare or infrastructure).
- Must have a strong understanding of Philippine laws on healthcare (DOH, HLURB, DOLE) and environmental regulations (RA 8749, RA 9275, RA 9003).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Organized and analytical, able to manage multiple permits, reports, and agency deadlines.
Certifications
- DENR-EMB Accredited PCO with completed 40-hour Basic Training Course.
- Familiarity with DOH License to Operate (LTO) and PhilHealth accreditation processes is a plus.
