We're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver excellent patient care in both clinic and hospital settings, while ensuring high standards of safety, communication, and clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care and Monitoring: Provide direct nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, wound care, IV therapy, and administering medications. Report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Assistance During Procedures: Support physicians during exams, minor procedures, and treatments; assist in preparing patients and equipment.
- Patient Education and Communication: Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions while maintaining a professional and caring approach.
- Clinical Documentation and Coordination: Accurately document all nursing interventions and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
- At least 6 months of experience in a hospital setting.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Competent in outpatient and inpatient clinical procedures.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle clinical duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
